PMBC Proben auf dem Weg zur Entschlüsselung

Diese Woche sind die Hälfte der PBMC-Aliquote für die Systematischen molekulare Probenanalysen zu epigenetischen Analysen nach Gießen versandt worden, die unter der Leitung von Prof. Soni Pullamasetti am Center for Infection and Genomics of the Lung (CIGL) durchgeführt werden. Die Analysen umfassen:

ATAQ-Seq

Chip-Seq (Bestimmung von Histonmodifikationen)

Die epigenetischen Analysen sollen Aufschluss über spezifische Biomarker, epigenetische Besonderheiten und den damit zu erwartenden Verlauf von COVID-19 geben.
